The Emory University cross country program saw 13 student-athletes recognized as 2024 NCAA Division III Cross Country All-Academic Athletes, as announced by the USTFCCCA on Thursday afternoon. Seven athletes from the men's team and six from the women's side earned the distinction. To qualify as an All-Academic Athlete, the student athlete must have a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.30 on a 4.0 scale while also finishing in the top-25-percent of runners in their respective regional championship meet.

Cameron Gupta (Environmental Science),
Brigid Hanley (Master of Nursing),
Davis Johnson (Undeclared),
Ashlyn Pallotta (Undeclared),
Liesl Scherrer (Business Administration), and
Madison Tiaffay (Interdisciplinary Studies in Society and Culture).

In addition to the individual honors, both programs were named All-Academic Teams for the 2024 season. To earn the award, a team must have a cumulative GPA of 3.1 on a 4.0 scale. The women came in with a cumulative GPA of 3.7945, the highest of any team in the University Athletic Association. Meanwhile, the men turned in a GPA of 3.787, the third-best mark in the nation and also the highest of any UAA school.
