Biography
Freshman (2024):
- 2024 All-Region honoree
- Competed in seven meets as a rookie, tied for the most on the team, including all three championship meets
- Played a key role in Emory tying the program best finish at the NCAA Championship meet, as she was the third Eagle to cross the checkered tape to help Emory place 7th as a team. Her time of 22:21.0 at the National Championship was her best time of the season
- Earned All-Region status when she finished 16th of 169 runners at the NCAA South Regional Championships, clocking in at 22:32.58Â
- Was the first Eagle to cross the finish line in her first ever collegiate meet, coming in 20th overall at the KSU Stan Sims Opener
- Finished 13th out of 192 competitors at the Upstate Invitational, contributing to Emory's dominant team-win at the event.
Prior to Emory:
Competed in cross country and track at Regis Jesuit High School... a four-year varsity letter winner... named Most Valuable Player in 2022... awarded Academic All-State First Team in cross country and track during the 2022, 2023 and 2024 seasons... competed in the Nike Indoor Nationals as well as Outdoor Nationals in 2023.
Personal:
Mother, Tracy, competed in cross country and track at Bentley University... intends to study nursing while at Emory.
