The NACDA Learfield Directors' Cup is an award given annually by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics to the colleges and universities in the United States with the most success in collegiate athletics. Points for the NACDA Directors' Cup are based on order of finish in various National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) sponsored championships.
The award originated in 1993, and was presented to NCAA Division I schools only. In 1995 it was extended to Division II, Division III and National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) schools as well, each division receiving its own award. In NCAA D-III, 18 sports, nine men's and nine women's, are counted towards a school final point total.
Emory has enjoyed great success in the Directors' Cup, earning 24 top-10 finishes in the 28-year history of the competition. During the 2024-25 athletic year, Emory claimed its first-ever Directors' Cup win and became the seventh school in Division III history to be crowned as a winner. The Eagles registered a school record 1,198.75 points to outgained 324 schools in Division III that scored at least one point. Emory scored in 18 of 19 possible sports during the year and saw 12 NCAA top-10 finishes as well as seven UAA championships in women's golf, men's golf, men's soccer, men's & women's swimming & diving and men's outdoor track & field.
