• CSC Academic All-America Second Team
• 2024 All-Region Honoree
• Competed in six events, including all three championship-level meets
• Was Emory's top finisher in both the NCAA South Regional and NCAA National Championship meets
• Posted his best time of the season when he clocked in at 24:59.2 at the NCAA Championships and placed 65th out of 294 runners, helping Emory finish 24th as a team at the event
• Came in 7th overall at the NCAA South Regional with a time of 2:03.8 to help lead Emory to a second-place finish
• Finished 10th of 132 runners at the Queen City Invite, boosting Emory to a team-win

Senior (2023):

• 2023 All-Region honoree
• Competed in six events for the Eagles in 2023, including the NCAA National Championship, NCAA Regional, and UAA Championship meets
• Ran to a 7th place finish and season-best time of 25:04.14 at the NCAA South Regional meet
• Raced to a 15th place finish out of 77 runners at the UAA Championship meet
• Finished with a time of 26:03.8 at the NCAA DIII Championships
• Posted a 5k time of 15:43.9 at the Stan Sims Opener to start the season

Junior (2022):

• 2022 USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors
• 2022 UAA Fall All-Academic Honors
• Competed in six events for Emory this season
• Registered a season-best 24:49 at the Paul Short Run finishing 45th out of 403 runners
• Finished 7th overall out of 99 athletes at the Julius Johnson Invitational (26:02)
• Took 15th out of 75 runners at the UAA Championships (25:18)
• Also took 15th at the NCAA Regional Championships with a time of 26:15
• Finished the season with a time of 26:30 at the NCAA DIII Championships

Sophomore (2021):

Competed in four meets… Recorded his season-best time of 26:00 at the Louisville Sports Commission Classic and placed 71^st of 107 runners… Followed that up with a 69^th place finish out of 237 competitors at the UAB Classic (26:32)… Kicked off the season running a 26:06 at the 7200m Emory vs. Oglethorpe Dual Meet… Also competed in the Converse Kickoff (26:49) where he finished in 30^th… Was named to the UAA All-Academic Team.

Prior to Emory:

Participated in track & field at Oxford High School, serving as a team captain from 2018-20...All-State performer in the 4x400 at 2019 indoor championships...2x State Qualifier...Academic All-State for Cross Country in 2020...Oxford HS Scholar Athlete Award...National Honor Society President...Finished third in his class of 468...Also participated in soccer, cross country and basketball at Oxford.

Personal:

Father, Craig, played soccer at Cornerstone University.

Why he chose Emory?

"I chose Emory for its close proximity to Atlanta, the track and cross country programs, good endowment and academics. I also thought the campus looked great and the weather was nice."
