• Was Emory's top finisher in three meets, including the UAA Championship where he finished 15th with a time of 24:59.1
• Earned All-Region status when he finished eighth of 160 runners at the NCAA South Regional with a time of 25:08.4
• Contributed to Emory's 24th-place finish at the NCAA National Championships
• Recorded season-best time at the Upstate Invitational at 24:45.5, also a new career best

Senior (2023):

• Did not compete in any meets in 2023

Junior (2022):

• 2022 UAA Fall All-Academic Honors
• Competed in two events this season for the Eagles
• Took home a sixth place finish at the Alexander Asics Invitational with a time of 25:25
• Finished 52nd out of 176 runners at the UAB Classic (26:09)

Sophomore (2021):

Competed in four meets… Finished with his season-best time of 26:32 at the UAB Classic where he finished in 70^th of 177 runners… Posted a time of 26:35 at the Alexander Asics Invitational which saw him finish in scoring position as he was fifth for the Eagles and 51^st overall… Also competed at the Converse Kickoff (28:07) and the 7200m Emory vs. Oglethorpe Dual Meet (25:35).

Prior to Emory:

Competed three years with cross country and two seasons with track & field with the Milton program...Was a cross country team captain as a senior...4x Scholar Athlete...AP Scholar...2020 Track Team MVP...2019 Track Team Rookie Award winner...Also played baseball as a freshman and sophomore.
