The Emory University track and field program saw three athletes selected to compete in the NCAA Indoor Championships March 13-14 at the Birmingham Crossplex in Birmingham, AL.
For the men, senior
Henry Brandstadter qualified in the long jump and junior
John Urciuoli qualified in the mile. Brandstadter is seeded seventh going into the meet with a qualifying mark of 7.35m while Urciuoli qualified with a time of 4:08.29.
On the women's side, rookie
Kelsey Coley is representing the Eagles in the 60m hurdles after earning a qualifying time of 8.85 seconds. Coley is also the lone freshman in a field of 19 athletes.
Brandstadter will compete on Friday at 12:30 while Coley and Urciuoli will compete in their respective prelims at 2:30 and 3:50 with hopes of advancing to Saturday's finals.
