The Emory University women's tennis program saw a busy day of competition on Monday afternoon competing in the third day of the ITA South Regional in Mount Berry, Georgia.

Dakota Fordham competed in doubles competition before competing in singles against teammates
Iris Berman and
Izzy Antanavicius. Following competition on Monday, it was decided that the singles final will be played on Emory's campus on Tuesday, Oct. 1 at 1:30 pm.
In doubles, Kantrovitz and Fordham competed against Berry College in the quarterfinals taking their match with an 8-4 decision before defeating Berman and Antanavicius in the semifinals on Sunday with a 7-5, 6-4 line. The duo faced the reigning national champion Sewanee in the doubles final on Monday afternoon fighting in three sets, 2-6, 6-3, 4-6, to finish as the runners-up of the South Regional.
The two then moved to singles competition where they faced their teammates in the semifinals. Kantrovitz faced off against Berman taking her match 6-1, 4-6, 6-2 to advance to the finals match while Antanavicius also earned a spot in the finals with her 7-6 (7-2), 1-6, 6-3 victory over Fordham.
Antanavicius and Kantrovitz will play tomorrow at 1:30 PM in the finals at the WoodPEC Courts in Atlanta, Georgia.
