The Emory University women's tennis program continued competition at the ITA Cup on Friday afternoon seeing two Eagles advance in competition in Mount Berry, Georgia.

Emily Kantrovitz continued her dominance in singles before teaming up with doubles partner
Dakota Fordham later in the afternoon. Junior
Izzy Antanavicius also competed in the quarterfinals in singles on Friday.
Antanavicius opened competition taking on Erica Ekstrand of Chicago falling 6-4, 6-1 in a hard-fought battle. She will compete on Saturday afternoon against Jimena Menendez in the North Draw at 11:00 AM.
Kantrovitz, the No. 2 seed, followed with a three-set thriller facing UAA opponent Ancele Dolensek of Carnegie Mellon taking her match with a 6-1, 3-6, 6-1 decision to advance to the East Draw Semifinals. She will compete against Chicago's Clara Zou at 9:00 AM on Saturday.
Following a break in competition, Kantrovitz and Fordham teamed up once again in the East Draw taking on Cassidy Binder and Stella Nishimura of Pacific University. The Emory tandem posted a 3-6, 6-3 line before taking the tiebreaker set with a 10-5 win to advance to the semifinals. They will face Ella Brissett and Alisha Chulani of Claremont-Mudd-Scripps at 3:30 PM on Saturday.
