Women’s Golf Adds Samantha Gardella to Coaching Staff

The Emory University women's golf team has added Samantha Gardella to the coaching staff as announced by the program on Tuesday afternoon.

"I'm excited to have this opportunity to join the women's golf program at such an exciting time and keep the momentum going after winning the 2025 NCAA DIII Championship," said Gardella. "I'm committed to helping our players develop as individuals, as well as a team, to ensure another successful season as Emory attempts to win back-to-back championships."

For the past four years, Gardella has been spending time as a caddie for Aliea Clark, an alum of the UCLA Women's Golf Program. She has made back-to-back trips to the finals of the USGA Women's Mid-Amateur in 2021 and 2022 and has traveled to the European Mid-Ameatuer.

Gardella has also been working as a photographer adding coverage of The Masters, PGA Tour, Atlanta United, Atlanta Dream and other popular events to her resume.

Before joining Clark as a caddie, Gardella graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Fine Arts from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. She now resides in Atlanta full time.
