The Emory University women's golf team opened play at the NCAA Championships on Tuesday morning before play was suspended due to inclement weather in Williamsburg, Virginia. The Eagles were playing on the 72 par, 5,820 yard River Course at the Kingsmill Resort.

Before play was stopped, sophomores
Carys Code and
Esther Jung were leading the way for the Eagles both shooting a 69 (+1) through 17 completed holes. Code currently leads the Eagles with three birdies through the competition.
