The No. 6 ranked Emory University men's golf team will make its 10th consecutive appearance in the NCAA Championships after earning an at-large bid Monday evening as the NCAA announced the championship field via press release on NCAA.com.
The Eagles will be one of the 43 teams competing for this year's national championship after being one of nine programs to receive an at-large selection into the field. Emory is coming off a tournament win at its home tournament, the Discover Dekalb Invitational, last month and captured another UAA championship earlier this fall. This will be Emory's 28th overall appearance at the NCAA Championships in program history and will be looking to improve upon the team's back-to-back third place showings at the previous NCAA championships.
The 2026 NCAA Championships are set to take place May 12-15 at the Mission Resort & Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida. The team and individual champions will be determined after 72 holes of play or the conclusion of the last fully completed round. First and second round competition will be played simultaneously on El Campeon and Las Colinas courses with the final two rounds played on El Campeon. After 36 holes of competition, the field will be cut to the top 18 teams and top six individuals not on one of those teams.
