The Emory University men's swimming & diving team's season came to an end Saturday night as the 2026 NCAA Championships concluded in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The Eagles tallied one more podium finish on the final night of competition as well as three Second Team All-America finishes, bringing the team's four-day total to 12 First Team All-America performances to go along with 13 Second Team All-America nods. At the conclusion of the NCAA Championships, Emory compiled 275 points to finish fifth in the team standings. Denison University won the team title with 437 points followed by NYU (388.5), UChicago (353) and Kenyon (299).
Sophomore Ben Pritchard collected his second All-America honor of the week as he highlighted the men's squad on the final night of events. The distance specialist posted a time of 15:29.06 to come in fourth place in the 1,650 Freestyle to start the evening's festivities.
Additionally, sophomore Zachary Spicer and senior Henri Bonnault added to Emory's point total with their individual performances with Spicer taking 14th in the 200 Backstroke at 1:47.19 and Bonnault going for 1:59.87 in the 200 Breaststroke to place 12th.
In the final event of the season, the group of graduate students Jared Zhang, Crow Thorsen and juniors McKee Thorsen and Hayden Tupper led the Eagles to an 11th place showing in the 400 Freestyle Relay as the team registered a time of 2:58.61.
The team's fifth place finish marks the 25th consecutive season the Eagles placed inside the top five at the NCAA Championships.
