Emily Kantrovitz had another impressive day in singles against Division I competition going 1-1 with a win against Gardner-Webb (6-3, 6-1). Senior
Eliza McPherron also picked up a win against Western Carolina in singles with a 6-3, 6-2 line.
Graduate student
Dakota Fordham earned her first win in singles for the Eagles picking up a 6-1, 7-5 victory against Gardner-Webb to finish the day.
In doubles, the duo of juniors
Izzy Antanavicius and
Iris Berman earned their third straight win of the tournament posting a 6-3 victory against Bellarmine this morning.
The Eagles will return to Georgia next weekend to compete in the ITA South Regional from Friday, September 27 to Sunday, September 29 in Mount Berry, Georgia.
