Emory University junior Ethan Fauss was named to the D3hoops.com National Team of the Week for a second time this season as announced by the publication Monday night. Fauss was previously honored on the Team of the Week on November 25th.
The Co-UAA Athlete of the Week had a monster performance on Saturday as he led the No. 3 ranked Eagles to a 10th straight win, defeating Rochester 95-90 in the conference opener. He set new career highs in both scoring and rebounding with 29 points and 16 rebounds while shooting 11-for-19 from the floor including a career-best five three pointers (5-for-8). Fauss added two assists and one block while committing no turnovers in the five-point win.
Fauss and the Eagles will be back on the court Friday night, January 16th, at Brandeis University in Waltham, MA.
