Men's and Women's Golf:
The men's and women's golf teams will be heading to Batavia, Ohio for the UAA Conference Championships to kick off their fall season. The men's team will be competing against Rochester, Carnegie Mellon and NYU over the course of the weekend while the women compete against NYU, Carnegie Mellon and WashU.
Both teams are looking to defend their 2024 conference titles with junior Carys Code, the reigning national champion, and sophomore Zimo Li, the 2024 UAA MVP and national Freshman of the Year, on the women's side and the men's 2024 MVP Brian Hanson returning to lead the men's squad.

Women's Soccer:
No. 4 ranked women's soccer is staying at home this week as they play Berry College Wednesday night at the WoodPEC at 7 p.m. for The Takeoff. This game will serve as Emory's Directors' Cup celebration with a pregame ceremony. The team will then hit the road to face College of Saint Benedict Sunday at noon and St. Catherine University on Monday at 1 p.m.
The Eagles are coming off a dominant top-5 win against No. 2 Columbus State last Friday, beating the Cougars 3-2 thanks to an early goal from
Jaymie Frith, a late goal in the 86th minute from
Madison Teng and a game-winning penalty kick from
Mikayla Camp.

Volleyball:
The women of No. 5 Emory volleyball will head to Oshkosh, Wisconsin this week for the UW-Oshkosh Marty Petersen Invitational. They will play Claremont-Mudd-Scripps at 4:30 p.m. CDT on Friday, September 5. The team will also play a doubleheader on Saturday as they face University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and Marian University at 10 a.m. and 12:30 pm CDT respectively.Â

The Eagles are on a hot streak to start their season, going 3-0 after sweeping LeTourneau University, St. Catherine University and Mississippi University for Women in three sets. Seniors
Kate LaRocco and
Olivia Rabinowitz led the team in kills and assists respectively in all three matches.

The Emory men's soccer team is heading across town to Oglethorpe this weekend to play in the John P. Salamone Invitational. They will face NC Wesleyan on Friday, September 5 at 5 p.m. and will play Wisconsin Lutheran College on Sunday, September 7 at 11 a.m.Â

The Eagles are coming off back-to-back home wins during the Sonny Carter Invitational, shutting out Washington and Lee 1-0 in the final minutes of the game and edging out Covenant College 2-1 on Sunday thanks to a last minute goal from

Logan Steren highlighted the Eagles in the first weekend as both players claimed the first UAA Athlete of the Week honors for the department for 2025-26.
