Ayla led the women's team in the 5k at the Queen City Invite last Friday, placing 26th in a crowded field with around 230 finishers and multiple Division I teams. She ran it in 18:01.80, shaving just over 20 seconds off her 5k time from the KSU Stan Sims opener where she also led the team. Her performance led the women's squad to a third place finish out of 20 teams at the event.
