- 2023 UAA Winter All-Academic Honors
- Played in 25 games drawing the starting assignment in four of those
- Averaged 7.4 points per game totaling 186 on the season
- Made 72 field goals to finish the season with a .398 field goal percentage
- Finished fifth on the team with 20 steals on the season
Sophomore (2021-22):
Munson emerged as a dynamic scorer off the bench for the 2021-22 Eagles squad as she was one of four players to play in each of Emory’s 24 games and drew a starting gig in three games as well… Was the fourth leading scorer for the Eagles averaging 6.2 points per game and scoring 149 total… Munson was also a contributor on the glass (2.0 rebounds per game) and as a facilitator (21 total assists)… Generated fastbreak opportunities for the Eagles with her 14 steals and two blocks… Scored a season-high 16 points in the Eagles win over Ferrum (Nov. 21) to go along with five steals… Played a season-high 29 minutes in the Eagles loss to LeTourneau (Nov. 26) where she contributed 15 points, two rebounds and five steals… In UAA play, Munson helped the Eagles defeat Case Western Reserve (Jan. 21) as the leading scorer off the bench pouring in nine points… Was named to the 2021-22 UAA Winter All-Academic Team.
Prior to Emory:
Four-year member of the basketball program at Fairview High School … Was coached by Rod Beauchamp … Served as team captain during her junior and season seasons … Ranked seventh in the state as a senior with a scoring average of 21.7 points per game … Also averaged 5.5 boards and 3.4 steals per outing in helping Fairview to a spot in the Round of 16 of the state tourney … Her final year saw her total a school-record 538 points … Was tabbed as BoCoPreps.com Player of the Year … Garnered first-team acclaim on the all-conference team in 2019 and 2020 … Tossed in 14.6 points per contest during her junior season … Wrapped up her career with 1,250 points … First-Team All-Academic honoree all four years.
