Made nine appearances, all in a relief capacity, during her rookie season ... Tossed 12 1/3 innings, fanning six while compiling an ERA of 3.41 ... Pitched the final frame, striking out two batters, in a 6-1 win over Thomas More (Mar. 7) ... Later that day she came on to close out an 8-5 triumph over Adrian College, going 1 1/3 innings, allowing one hit and striking out one.  

High School:
Four-year member of the Viewpoint High School softball team ...  Was coached by Pam Oseransky and Kelly Toovey ... As a pitcher she collected a total of 24 wins during her career and posted a 10-6 mark in the circle as a senior ... Fanned a total of 118 batters over 99 2/3 innings of work her final campaign ... Tossed nine complete games in 16 starts .... Recorded a hitting effort of .411 with 12 doubles and 19 RBIs ... First Team All-CIF.
