Senior (2011):
Spindler appeared in two games for Emory during his seniorseason, allowing five goals in 180 minutes for a 2.50 goals-againstaverage. He made three saves during the campaign, finishingthe year with a 0-2-0 record. Spindler ends his Emory careerranked fourth in school history in save percentage (0.848), fifthin goals-against average (0.73) and shutouts (13), sixth in saves(151) and seven in wins (25).
Junior (2010):
Spindler earned the first postseason honors of his career in2010, as he was named to the All-South Atlantic Region First Teamand the all-University Athletic Association (UAA) SecondTeam. In the process, he finished the year ranked secondamong all NCAA Division III goalkeepers with a school single-seasonrecord .920 save percentage, and seventh with a school-record 0.40goals-against average. Starting all 18 games he playedin, Spindler had an overall record of 13-3-2 with 81 saves andseven goals allowed in over 1,573 minutes played. He recordedeight individual shutouts, the second most in Emory history, andwas part of four others during the campaign. Spindler notcheda season-best with nine saves twice, during shutouts againstMaryville College on October 22nd and Case Western ReserveUniversity on October 31st. He was named the Most ValuablePlayer of the Shellenberger Classic after not allowing a goalduring two games (including one individual shutout) and making ninesaves. Spindler also earned a spot on the Sonny CarterInvitational All-Tournament Team with 10 combined saves and a pairof wins over the Eagles' two tournament games. He was namedthe UAA's Defensive Player of the Week three times during theseason, on September 13th, October 4th, and October 25th. Spindler ended his junior season ranked second in school historywith a career .871 save percentage and 0.63 goals-against average,tied for fifth with 13 shutouts, sixth with 148 saves, and seventhwith 25 wins.
Sophomore (2009):
Spindler started all 18 games in goal for Emory, playing all but80:24 during the season. His 0.85 goals against average and12 wins were both the 10th-best single season marks inthe program’s history. Spindler was able to record 67saves and five shutouts during the year. On September30th, the sophomore recorded an eight-save shutout duringEmory's 1-0 win against Covenant College. He recorded hiscareer-high in saves against 11th-ranked Carnegie MellonUniversity on November 7th, making 10 stops en route to a 2-2tie. Spindler also recorded shutouts against MethodistUniversity, New York University, Brandeis University and theUniversity of the South. He allowed just 15 goals on 161shots faced during the season.
Freshman (2008):
Spindler did not play for Emory during his freshmancampaign.

Played for four seasons on the Blue Valley Northwest High Schoolsoccer team, serving as the co-captain during his senior season...Kansas high school state champions in 2006... Was a Kansasall-state selection his senior season... Coached by Dr. Rick Pribylin high school... Kansas ODP goalkeeper for three years... Alsoplayed for the KC Legends club team, where he was coached by KevinWardlaw... Superclubs national team starter and competed inthe United Kingdom in 2005 and 2006...
