Biography

Senior (2015):

Curtin played in nine games as a senior, making two starts. He finished with one assist which came on the game-winner goal in the season finale versus Rochester. On the season he had one shot and logged a season-high of 57 minutes in the opener at Oglethorpe on September 1st.

Junior (2014):

Curtin played in 15 games during his junior season, making five starts, and finishing the year with a goal and an assist.  His goal was a key score during the Eagles’ 3-2 win over Rutgers-Newark on August 30th.  The midfielder also assisted on the game-winning goal during the team’s 3-0 win at Hendrix College on September 14th.  Curtin finished the year with nine shots, four of which were on goal.

Sophomore (2013):

Did not play during the 2013 season.

Freshman (2012):

Curtin played in 18 games during his freshman season, making 10 starts over the year for the Eagles.  He finished the year with one goal and two assists for four points.  Curtin's first career goal came on November 8th during the Eagles' NCAA Tournament First Round game at Roanoke College, helping Emory to a 4-1 victory.  He also took three shots, each on goal, during the NCAA game.  His assists came during a 4-0 win over Spalding University on September 7th and a 5-0 victory at Birmingham-Southern College on September 20th.  Curtin finished the season with 18 shots, including eight on goal, during the year.

Prior to Emory:

Played on the Trinity High School team for four seasons, serving as the team captain during his junior and senior years... Scored 30 goals and assisted on 15 others during his senior year... Was coached in high school by Barry Swearingen... Also played for the Mockingbird Valley Soccer Club, where he was coached by John Michael Hayden.

Personal:

Born July 30, 1994... Earned Academic All-State Honors in high school.
