Biography

Senior(2014):

Credle was a key member of the Eagles’ defense in 2014,starting 14 games and playing in 18 total during his seniorseason.  As an outside back, Credle helped Emory record a 0.60team goals-against average during the year, the16th-lowest mark among NCAA Division III teams.  Healso played in each of the Eagles’ nine shutouts during thecampaign.  Credle scored two goals during the year, includingthe game-winning goal during the team’s 3-0 win over HendrixCollege on September 14th.  His other goal was agame-tying score at Washington University on October5th.  Credle finished his Emory career with sevengoals and 14 points in 57 games, including 32 starts.

Junior(2013):

Credle played in 13 games and made 12 starts during his juniorseason, finishing the year with a pair of goals.  His twoscores came against Centre College on September 15th andWashington University on October 6th.  The holdingmidfielder was also a key part of an Eagles’ defense thatrecorded a 1.08 goals-against average and six shutouts during theseason, while limiting opponents to 12.3 shots and 4.7 shots ongoal per game.  He finished the season with eight shots,including four on goal.  Credle has five goals for 10 pointsthrough the end of his junior season.

Sophomore(2012):

Credle emerged as an impact player for the Eagles during hissophomore campaign, playing in 19 games and making five starts. He finished the year with three goals, tied for fourth amongall Eagles during the year.  Spending the majority of theseason as a center midfielder, Credle scored the game-winning'golden goal' with 27 seconds left in overtime against thethen-23rd ranked University of Chicago in the Eagles' opening gameof conference play on September 29th.  The goal againstChicago was his second in as many games, as the sophomore alsoscored in Emory's 3-0 win over Sewanee earlier in the week. Credle's first career goal came on September 20th, during a5-0 win over Birmingham-Southern College.  Credle took 24shots during the season, 14 of which were on goal.

Freshman(2011):

Credle played in seven games during his freshman season,making his only start of the season against WashingtonUniversity (Mo.).  He took two shots during the campaign.

Played on the Weddington High School soccer team for fourseasons, serving as the team captain during his junior and senioryears... Was named the team's Most Valuable Player his sophomore,junior and senior years... Scored 20 career goals, including sevenduring his senior campaign... Coached in high school by PowellWilliams... Also played for the Charlotte Soccer Academy, where hewas coached by Richard Butler.
