Freshman (2012):

Mitchell appeared in six games over his freshman season,including his first collegiate start during the Eagles' 5-0 winover Birmingham-Southern College on September 20th.  He tookone shot (which was on goal) during the campaign.

Prior to Emory:

Played for the Loch Raven High School soccer team for fourseasons, serving as the team captain during his junior and senioryears... Was an all-state selection in 2010 and 2011, an all-countyselection from 2009-11, and an all-metro selection in 2010 and2011... Was named his team's Most Valuable Player in 2010 and 2011,and helped his squad to the 2009 State Championship... Was coachedby Joe Fiedler in high school... Played for the Baltimore Bays clubteam, where he was coached by Steve Nichols... Helped is club teamto the 2009 state championship... Also ran indoor track in highschool.
