Senior (2013):
Jones was named an honorable mention to the all-UniversityAthletic Association (UAA) for the third-straight season. Thelone senior on the Eagles’ 2013 squad, he was one of justfour players to start all 18 games during the season forEmory. He ended the year fourth among all Eagles with 10points, coming on three goals and four assists. In addition,his 1,474 minutes played led all of Emory’s offensive playersduring the year. Jones recorded a season-best three points(one goal and one assist) against Marian University (Wis.) duringthe team’s 6-2 season-opening victory on August31st, en route to earning a spot on the Sonny CarterInvitational All-Tournament Team. He registered an assist onthe game-winning goal during Emory’s 4-1 victory at MaryvilleCollege (Tenn.) on September 18th, the fifthgame-winning assist of his career. In the team’s sevenconference matches, Jones scored the Eagles’ only goal duringtheir 1-1 tie against Carnegie Mellon University on November9th, and assists on goals against the University ofChicago on October 12th and Brandeis University onOctober 20th. The forward took 29 shots during theseason, including 12 on goal. Jones ended his Emorycareer with 12 goals and 13 assists for 37 points over 71 gamesplayed.
Junior (2012):
Jones was once again one of the top offensive perfomers for theEagles in 2012, earning an honorable mention to the all-UniversityAthletic Association (UAA) team. Starting 10 of the 19 gameshe played in, Jones finished the season second on the team withfive assists, and third on the squad with four goals and 13 points. The five assists ranked him seventh among all UAA playersduring the season, and his two goals in conference play was tiedfor the eighth-best mark in the UAA. One of his goals inconference play was a key game-tying score in the 86th minuteagainst the University of Rochester. Jones collectedgame-winning assists against Birmingham-Southern College and theUniversity of the South, each as part of a two-assist effort. He took 33 shots during the year, 16 of which were on goal. After three seasons on the team, Jones has collected ninegoals and nine assists for 27 career points.
Sophomore(2011):
Jones emerged as one of the Eagles' top offensive weapons duringthe 2011 season, finishing the year third on the squad with fivegoals and fourth with 11 points, en route to earning an honorablemention to the all-University Athletic Association (UAA)team. Playing in 16 games, including 15 in a starting role,Jones scored his first collegiate goal against Rowan University onSeptember 11th as part of a two-goal game, earning a place on theSonnt Carter Invitational All-Tournament Team. He followedthat performance with the first game-winning goal of his career,scoring the only goal of the game during Emory's 1-0 win overOglethorpe University on September 14th, an eventual NCAATournament team. Jones also scored the game-winning goalduring the Eagles' 2-1 victory over Piedmont College on October19th. He notched a goal and an assist in UAA play during the2011 campaign, including a helper on the game-winning goal againstBrandeis University on October 28th. Jones took 30 shotsduring the year, 19 of which were on goal.
Freshman(2010):
Jones played in 18 games for Emory during his freshman campaign,making four starts. He finished the year with three assiststo lead all Eagle freshmen in thecategory, including an assist on the game-winninggoal during the Eagles' 4-0 victory over Maryville College(Tenn.) on October 22nd. Jones added assists during theEagles' 7-0 win at Methodist University on September 18th, andtheir 9-0 win over Greensboro College on September 25th. Themidfielder took six shots during the year, three of which were ongoal.

Prior to Emory:
Played on the Potomac School soccer team for four seasons,serving as the team co-captain in 2008 and 2009... Two-timeall-conference selection... As a senior in 2009, was named andhonorable mention to the Washington Post all-metro team, and to theall-state first team for Virginia independent schools... Tallied 15goals and 8 assists during his senior season and led Potomac to itsfirst-ever state semi-final... Coached by Marcelo Valencia in highschool... Played club soccer for the McLean MPS 91 Premier team,where he was coached by Rich Lennon and Greg Bryant... Also rantrack in high school and was a conference champion in the 400-meterdash.
