Senior(2012):
Scott was a key member of the Eagles' defense during the 2012campaign, as the center back earned all-University AthleticAssociation (UAA) Second Team recognition for his work during theyear. Starting all 19 games he played in, and logging aschool-record 1,759 minutes, Scott helped the Eagles' defenserecord a 1.34 goals-against average, while limiting opponents to9.65 shots and 4.55 shots on goal per game. In addition, hecontributed on the offensive end by matching his career best withthree goals, including a two-goal performance and game-winning goalduring a 5-2 win over Case Western Reserve University. Healso scored during the team's 3-0 victory against Sewanee. Hefinished the season with 20 shots, seven of which were on goal. Scott ended his Emory career with nine goals and two assistsfor a total of 20 points, and his 5,342 minutes played rank as thesecond-most in the program's history.
Junior(2011):
Scott was a key player for the Emory defense during his juniorcampaign, earning an honorable mention to the all-UniversityAthletic Association (UAA) Team. He made 17 starts and playedin all 18 games (one of just six Emory players to do so) at centerback for the Eagles. He helped the Eagles record sevenshutouts and a 1.39 goals-against average, while allowing the teamto hold a 295-178 advantage in shots taken during the year. Scott contributed offensively as well with a pair of goals duringthe season, including the only goal during a 1-0 Emory win over theUniversity of Rochester. He finished the year with 17 shots,including nine on goal.
Sophomore(2010):
Scott played in 18 games for Emory during his sophomorecampaign, making 17 starts. He was a key member of theEmory defense, which finished fourth among all NCAA Division IIIteams with a school-record 0.41 goals-against average. As a unit,the Emory backfield set a school records with nine-consecutiveshutouts from from September 5th - October 9th and 13 shutoutsoverall, while limiting opponents to 5.1 shots on goal pergame. Scott added a goal and two assists for four pointsduring the season. All three of his scoring plays were gamewinners, including the game-winning goal during a 1-0 Emory winover Lyncburg College on September 12th, earning him a spot on theShellenberger Classic All-Tournament Team. He assisted ongame-winning goals against Methodist University on September 18th,and Piedmont College on September 22nd. Scott took 24 shotsduring the season, five of which were on goal.
Freshman(2009):
During his freshman year, Scott played in 14 games, making threestarts. He scored three goals during the year, including onein each of Emory's final two games of the season. Scottscored the game-winning goal during the Eagles' 1-0 win against theUniversity of the South on November 8th, just one day removed fromscoring the game-tying goal in the 84th minute of Emory's 2-2 tieagainst 11th-ranked Carnegie Mellon University. He alsoscored a goal during Emory's 4-1 win over Piedmont College. Scott took 12 shots during the season, five of which were ongoal.
