Junior (2021-22):

Played in all but one game for the Eagles this season as one of the key members off the bench for the 2021-22 Emory squad… Drew a starting assignment in the first three games of the season… An important part of the Eagles second unit offense, Johnson averaged 4.8 points in 14.0 minutes per contest… Was one of eight Eagles to cross the 100 point threshold this season… Finished fifth on the team in rebounds per game at 3.4 a contest and corralled 86 total rebounds for the season… Also tallied 18 assists, seven steals and six blocks on the season… Scored a season high 10 points on two occasions: in an overtime loss to Covenant (Dec. 7) and in the Eagles first conference win of the season against Rochester (Jan. 8)… In the loss to Covenant, Johnson also secured a season-high eight rebounds… Scored seven points and had three rebounds in the Eagles one-point loss in the NCAA Second round to Wabash (Mar. 5)… Registered a season-high two steals and a block in the Eagles 80-70 victory over Case Western Reserve (Jan. 21)… Was named to the 2021-22 UAA Winter All-Academic Team.

Came off the bench in all 24 of his appearances ... Averaged 5.2 minutes, 1.3 points and 1.1 rebounds per outing ... Scored in 11 and grabbed rebounds in 14 contests ... Totaled 10 minutes of action and scored five points while grabbing a season-high tying four caroms and three blocked shots  in a 91-73 verdict over Oswego State (Dec. 29) ... Picked up five points over five minutes, sinking a pair of field goals, including one trey, at Sewanee (Nov. 28) ...
