Senior (2010):
Heidt appeared in 20 games during the season, the eighth-most bya pitcher in a single season in school history. He finishedthe year with one save, a 1-4 record and an earned run average of4.44. Heidt made two starts during the season, going 0-1 withan ERA of 3.00 and an opponents batting average of .250 in thetwo games. Heidt finishes his Emory career ranked third inschool history with 29 games finished, sixth with eight saves, and11th with an ERA of 2.72.
Junior (2009):
Serving as the squad's closer during his first year as an Eagle,Heidt converted seven saves, the third most in schoolhistory. He appeared in a team-high 17 games out of thebullpen, finishing the year with a 3-2 record and a 1.53 earned runaverage, the fourth-lowest in school history. Heidt struckout 32 batters (the second most on the team) in 35.1 inningspitched, while walking eight and allowing opponents to hit just.246 during the year. His 15 games finished during the seasonwere the third most in school history.
