Sophomore (2005):

Had four appearances on the mound for Emory.  Pitched 4.2innings, while recording three strikeouts.

Freshman (2004):

Emory's top freshman pitcher, Kaufman was 4-0 in 17 games, fiveof them starts, and compiled a 2.82 ERA. Over 44.2 innings, he didnot allow a home run. Kaufman earned the win in Emory's second gameof the year, throwing six innings of relief in a 15-inning, 4-3victory over Washington & Lee (Va.) Feb. 18. He struck out acareer-high six batters over seven innings and picked up the win ina 10-5 victory over Savannah College of Art and Design (Ga.) March14.
