Senior (2010):
In his final season as an Eagle, Molnar set the school forcareer walks with 142, including 33 free passes in 2010, thesixth-most in school history. Molnar finished his senior yearwith a .275 batting average, along with 31 runs scored, 23 runsbatted in, and a career-best four home runs. He started all39 games for Emory during the season and stole six bases on sevenattempts. Molnar earned all-UAA Tournament honors afterbatting a tournament-best .583 (seven-for-12) with a home run, fourRBIs, six runs scored, and matching his own UAA Tournament recordwith nine walks (in only five games). He drove in aseason-high three runs on March 24th against the University of theSouth, going one-for-three with a home run. Molnar finishedhis Emory career with the fourth-highest on base percentage (.474),the sixth-most home runs (13) and runs scored (152), theeighth-most triples (seven) and stolen bases (54), and theninth-most games player (166).
Junior (2009):
During his junior season, Molnar broke the school record forwalks in a campaign, amassing 49 free passes to break DrewSchwartz's 10-year old record of 36 walks in a season. Molnarfinished the year batting .319 with three home runs, 20 runs battedin and 32 runs scored. He led all Emory players with a .492on base percentage, and his 18 stolen bases and 14doubles were the second most by an Eagle during theseason. Molnar earned all-UAA Tournament recognition afterbatting .542 with a home run and seven RBIs during the conferencetournament, and setting a tournament record with nine walks in sixgames. He was also named to the all-UAA second team followingthe completion of the season. Molnar's 109 career walks atthe end of the season are the second-most in school history, justseven behind Allen Rigell's school record.
Sophomore (2008):
Molnar earned all-UAA second team honors, while compiling one ofthe best all-around statistical seasons in Emory history. Hereached base in every Emory game during the season (42-straightgames dating back to the 2007 season), and led the team with a .389batting average and 46 runs scored, while swatting three home runs,three triples, and driving in 31 runs. Molnar started all 37games for the Eagles, and finished the year 35 walks, thesecond-best single season total in school history, and a .511 onbase percentage, the sixth-best mark in school history. Hetied for the team lead with 19 multiple-hit games, and recorded a13 game hitting streak, the second-longest by an Eagle during theyear. The sophomore drove in four runs in two games, andthree runs in three games over the campaign. Molnar finishedthe year ranking third in school history with a career .486 on basepercentage, sixth with a .527 slugging percentage, eighth with a.366 batting average, and ninth with six triples.
Freshman (2007):
Molnar completed an extremely successful first season with theEagles in 2007. After becoming the first freshman to make anopening day start for the Eagles since the 2003 season, Molnar wenton to hit .341 during the year with three home runs and 25 runsbatted in, and lead Eagles in triples (three), walks (25), andstolen base percentage (16 steals on 17 attempts), despite makingjust 35 starts during the year. His 43 runs scored and .458on base percentage were both second-best on the team in 2007. At the University Athletic Association Tournament, Molnar hit .300with seven runs scored and a tournament-best two home runs in fivegames. The freshman batted .350 with two doubles, seven runsscored and four RBIs over six games at the NCAA Division IIIChampionship Tournament. He went three-for-four againstChapman University (Calif.) and drove in three runs against theUniversity of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, while tying an NCAAChampionship record by scoring two runs in the sixth inning of thegame.

Attended Adlai E. Stevenson High School, where he played on thebaseball team for four seasons...
