Hambleton appeared in 17 games for Emory, making 10 starts. The second baseman collected four hits in 27 at bats, scoringsix runs and driving in two.  He picked up his firstcollegiate hit against Rhodes College on February 24th, and drovein his first run against the University of Rochester on March 12th.

Played for the Choctawhatchee High School baseball team for fouryears, serving as the team captain during his senior year... Wasselected to play in the Subway High School All-Star Game... Coachedby Scott Johnson... Also played wide receiver for his high school'sfootball team.
