Senior (2007):
Sotiriou became the everyday centerfielder for the Eagles in2007, setting career highs with 42 games started and 52 gamesplayed. He finished the season with a .280 batting average,and career bests in runs (27), hits (40), doubles (eight), homeruns (two), and runs batted in (20). Sotiriou tied his careerbest with nine stolen bases during the season, and finished hiscareer with 28 total stolen bases. He played solid defenseduring the season, making a number of spectacular catches incenterfield while committing just one error for a .986 fieldingpercentage during the season. On April 15th, Sotiriou wenttwo-for-five against Rhodes College (Tenn.) with a grand slam and atriple, along with five runs batted in. He finishes his Emorycareer with a .276 batting average, three home runs, 72 runs scoredand 40 RBIs in 156 games.
Junior (2006):
Sotiriou played in 35 games for the blue and gold, starting18. He batted .317 on the season, while recording 20hits. He also finished with 16 runs scored and eightRBI. Against Maryville College (Tenn.) on March 4, Sotirioubatted .455, going 2-2 at the plate as he scoring three runs andrecording one RBI. Against Heidelberg College (Ohio) on March11 he was 2-3 with two RBI and one run scored.
Sophomore (2005):
Junior outfielder was fourth on the team in walks and fifth inon base percentage. Hit a home run March 14 versus Case WesternReserve University (Ohio). February 26 against York College (Pa.),went 2-for-3 with two doubles, one run, one RBI and a stolen base.
Freshman (2004):
A frequent pinch runner, Sotirou scored 13 runs in 38 games andstole five bases in six attempts. He walked five times and had anon-base percentage of .381.
