Three members of the Emory University track & field team were in action Friday afternoon as the NCAA Outdoor Championships continued on the campus of University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
Freshman Aaliyah Jalloh highlighted the Eagles in day two competition as she qualified for the finals of the 800m Run. Jalloh ran a 2:09.84 during prelims as she was seventh in the 22-person field and was one of nine to advance to Saturday's final.
Elsewhere, sophomore Ari Klasky made his NCAA debut as he finished 20th in the shot put with a mark of 16.11m and in the 100m Dash, sophomore Jada Kenner took 14th position in the field of 21 with a time of 11.93.
The Eagles will have two representatives on the final day of competition as freshman Abigail Roberts is slated to go in the hammer throw at 12:00 PM ET prior to Jalloh taking to the track in the final of the 800m Run at 3:50 PM ET.
