Men's Soccer:
No. 2 Men's Soccer will start their week on the road with its match against Piedmont University on Wednesday the 24
th at 7 p.m. The team will return to the WoodPEC on the 27
th at 6:30 p.m. for the final non-conference match against Sewanee.
The team has continued its undefeated streak with a shutout win against University of the Ozarks and a dominant 5-1 win against Hendrix College.
Jack Burgess led the squad in the Ozarks victory, putting up two goals for the Eagles with
Lorenzo Avalos and
Ignacio Cubeddu also finding the back of the net. In the Hendrix matchup, Cubeddu got things started for the Eagles with a goal in the second minute with
Josh Grand scoring his first of two goals on the night soon after. In the 81
st minute,
Michael Constant found the back of the net for the first time this season.
Emory is one of two schools in the entire NCAA to remain undefeated in both men's and women's soccer.

Women's Tennis:
Women's Tennis will be making their 2025-26 debut this weekend at the ITA South Regional here in Atlanta on the WoodPEC tennis courts
Returning for their final year is the All-American senior trio of
Emily Kantrovitz,
Iris Berman and
Izzy Antanavicius. Kantrovitz was the number one player in the country for most of last season and is the reigning back-to-back singles champion for the ITA South Regional. Anatanavicius and Berman made it to the quarterfinals at the NCAA Championships in doubles with Antanavicius also making the quarterfinals in singles.

Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving:
The reigning UAA Champion Men's and Women's swimming and diving teams will hit the pool for the first time this season for their intrasquad Blue-Gold meet this Friday at 4 p.m.
On the women's side,
Ava Kennedy will be returning for a fifth year after her second-place finish at the NCAA Championships in the 50 freestyle and All-American
Katie Cohen will be returning for her junior season. The sophomore trio of
Caitlin Crysel,
Allison Greeneway and
Elodie Mitchell will also be returning to the pool after stellar freshmen seasons.
On the men's side, 2024 400 IM national champion
Crow Thorsen will be returning for a fifth year alongside his brother
McKee Thorson. Senior
Henri Bonnault will also headline the returning group after winning the national championship in the 100 Breaststroke last season.

Volleyball:
No. 9 Volleyball is hosting the first UAA Round Robin tournament at the WoodPEC this weekend, playing two matches on Saturday against No. 22 Carnegie Mellon and Brandeis along with a match on Sunday against CWRU at noon.
The team earned their eighth victory of the season last Saturday against Covenant College, sweeping the Scots 3-0. The Eagles were led by
Eliane Silberman who earned eight kills in the match,
Kate LaRocco who earned five service aces and freshman
Carolina Ufret who had four service aces.

Women's Soccer:
No. 2 Women's Soccer will be hitting the road this week to play Sewanee at 1 p.m. ET on Saturday.
The team kept their perfect record intact after a huge 6-1 victory over Lynchburg in Charlotte, NC last Sunday. The scoring started early with
Kaitlyn Nimmer putting the Eagles on the board in the second minute. Following that was a set of goals from
Madison Teng and
Mikayla Camp in the 18
th and 19
th minutes to round out the first half. In the second half,
Emily Woodall scored in the 49
th minute followed by Teng recording her second goal of the night in the 56
th minute. Freshman
Tatum Janezich closed things out for the Eagles with her second goal of the season and bring the score to 6-0 before Lynchburg ended the game with a goal in the 68
th to make it 6-1, ending the Eagles' scoreless streak that dated back to September 4
th. Emory's stretch of 566 minutes without a goal allowed was the fifth-longest streak in program history.
