Madison Tiaffay, 4x400m Relay Earn All-America Honors on Day Two of NCAAs

The Emory University women's track & field team closed out the 2025 NCAA Indoor Championships on Saturday with two more All-America performances.

Senior Madison Tiaffay had a stellar closing stretch in the mile as she overtook several competitors to finish in fourth place in the 10-runner field with a personal best time of 4:50.17. The podium finish is her first top-8 All-American performance of her career.

A couple hours later, the 4x400m relay took to the track in Rochester, New York in the final event of the meet. The Eagles group of freshman Jada Kenner, senior Dashiel Tao Harris and graduate students Eva Carchidi and Nikki Boon turned in a season-best time at 3:48.54 to finish fifth overall.

As a team, the Eagles scored 19 points to finish ninth in the team standings. The top-10 finish is the third-ever for Emory at the indoor championships and the first since the 2018 squad placed eighth at nationals.
