Box Score The No. 7-ranked Emory volleyball team opened its participation in the NCAA Division III Tournament by defeating Agnes Scott College. The Eagles raised their overall record to 31-4 following a 3-0 verdict (25-10, 25-10, 25-10) over the Scotties who wrapped up their season with a mark of 11-18.
Emory hit .413 (39-8—75) in the contest, the seventh time this year that it turned in an effort of .400 or higher, while limiting ASC to -.048 (13-16—63). The Eagles finished with 30 digs to the Scotties' 23 and enjoyed a 6-3 margin in total blocks.
