Senior Claudia Schmidt played 142 minutes, including the full 90 minutes on Friday, to help Emory record two more shutouts with wins over Southern Virginia and Berry this weekend. The Eagles allowed just four shots total (2 SOG) across the two games to collect their third clean sheet of the year. Emory allowed SVU one shot on Friday before limited Berry to three shots (2 SOG) on Sunday. Schmidt also picked up her first point of the season on Sunday with an assist. For the season, the Eagles defense has limited opponents to just seven shots with three being on target.
