Jaden Vickers is a dedicated coach, athlete advocate, and mentor with a strong passion for sports performance, leadership development, and personal growth. A former collegiate softball player, Jaden began her academic and athletic career at Rutgers University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Sports Management with a minor in Communication. She later transferred to the University of Kentucky, where she completed her master’s degree in Marketing and Economics, further strengthening her understanding of the business, branding, and leadership side of athletics.
Her playing career shaped her deep understanding of the discipline, resilience, and mental toughness required to succeed at high levels of sport. With a background in softball and strength training, she is committed to helping young athletes build confidence, accountability, and competitive mindset both on and off the field.
Known for her energy, resilience, and ability to genuinely connect with people, Jaden’s coaching style blends encouragement with structure and character development. She believes athletics are a powerful vehicle for teaching life skills such as perseverance, teamwork, and self-belief.
