Prior to Emory:
Came to Emory from Oxford College prior to the start of herjunior year... Competed for the Danbury High School track and fieldteam in Connecticut her senior year, and the Asheville Schooltrack and field team in Asheville, NC her freshman, sophomore andjunior years... Helped Ashville to three conference championships,and Danbury to a state championship... Recorded career-best marksof 12.5 seconds in the 100-meter dash, 25.6 seconds in the200-meter dash, 8.97 meters in the shot put and 24.38 meters in thediscus... Also played basketball and field hockey in highschool.
Personal:
Born December 15, 1992... Was a resident advisor and a member ofthe gospel choir at Oxford.
