Attended St. Louis University her freshman season, but did notcompete in intercollegiate athletics... Four-year member of thecross country and track and field teams at the Barstow School ...Was coached by David Franz ... Served as co-captain in 2010 and2011 ... Finished 36th out of 159 competitors in Missouri's Class2A Championship her senior year with a 5000 meters time of 21:34... Earned All-West Region honors as a junior and senior ...Three-time honore to the all-conference team ... Four-time pick tothe all-district team ... Also played soccer and garnered all-stateacclaim on two occasions.
