Sophomore (2011-12):
Brandt was 13-2 in singles play during her sophomore campaignwith Emory, including a 7-0 record when playing in thefirst-through-fourth singles matches. In doubles play, shefinished the year with a 5-4 record. During the Fall ITARegional Championships, Brandt reached the quarterfinals of thesingles draw before dropping a match to the tournament'sfourth-seeded player, and teamed with Lauren Pinsky to advance tothe quarterfinals of the doubles bracket before losing to thethird-seeded pairing.
Freshman (2010-11):
Brandt finished her 2010-11 season with a 9-4 record in singlesplay and a 6-1 mark in doubles action, including a perfect 5-0record as the Eagles fifth singles player in the spring. Included in her victories during the spring seasonwere shutout wins against her fifth-singlescounterparts from Huntingdon College and Georgia Perimeter College,and five straight-set victories. Brandt ended her season withsix-straight doubles wins in the third slot, four of whichcame with teammate Zahra Dawson. In the fall, the freshmanadvanced to the round of 16 at the USTA/ITA South RegionalChampionships, before falling to teammate and third-seeded LorneMcManigle. Following the season, Brandt was named an ITAScholar Athlete, based on her academic and athleticperformances.
