Biography

Senior (2008-09):

Emory's senior co-captain turned in a strong fall season,advancing to the semifinals of the Wilson/ ITA Fall Atlantic SouthRegional Doubles Championship with partner Kirsten Hillock, andreaching the round of 32 in the singles bracket before falling tothe region's third-seeded player.  Moscato played in one matchduring the spring season, winning her third-singles contest 6-0,6-1 and her third-doubles match 8-0 against Spelman College. Moscato went 2-1 in singles play and 4-1 in doubles play overallduring the 2008-09 season, finishing her career with 31-13 singlesrecord and a 46-13 doubles mark.

Junior (2007-08):

Moscato earned a spot on the all-University Athletic Associationfirst team for her performance as the Eagles' sixth-singles playerduring the conference tournament.  The junior finished theyear with an 11-5 record in singles play, including a mark of 5-1as the Eagles' sixth-singles player.  In doubles play, Moscatorecorded a 14-3 mark, including a record of 10-2 in dualmatches.  She went 9-2 with Kirsten Hillock as a partner, andthe pairing won each of their final three second-doubles matches ofthe year, including two in the NCAA tournament.

Sophomore (2006-07):

Moscato was named a first team All-University AthleticAssociation performer for her play in the sixth singles and thirddoubles positions.  She advanced to the third round of singlesplay before losing to teammate and eventual champion RichelleMarasigan.  The sophomore teamed with Kirsten Hillock at theITA Regional doubles tournament to advance to thequarterfinals.  Moscato finished the 2007 spring season withteam highs in singles wins (16) and doubles wins (17).

Freshman (2006):

Freshman Jenny Moscato went 2-2 during her first season ofcollegiate tennis, competing at the No. 6 position.  One ofMoscato's victories came during the UAA Championships against CaseWestern Reserve University (Ohio) in the first round of thetournament.  Finished 13-4 in doubles play, going 6-2 withLinda Tien at No. 3 doubles and a perfect 3-0 with Jamie Chan atNo. 3 doubles.

Prior to Emory:

Attended Mayfield High School, where she played on the tennisteam for four seasons, and was the team's captain her junior andsenior seasons... Was the doubles state champion her sophomore andjunior years, and the singles state champion her senior year.
