Biography

Senior (2020-21):

Went 3-3 in singles matches that reached a decision and added a 2-0 record in doubles…Was in the Emory singles lineup for all five NCAA tournament matches, going 0-1…Was leading in three matches when play was decided, leading by a set at fifth singles against Rhode Island, Williams and Southwestern.

Junior (2019-20):

Named an ITA All-American in singles and doubles…Finished as the No.-16 ranked singles player in Division III…In the fall, she advanced to the semifinals of the singles draw at the ITA South Regional championships and was a runner-up with Emma Cartledge in the doubles tournament…Reached the quarterfinal round at the ITA Cup in doubles while playing with Cartledge…Posted an overall record of 9-4 in doubles and was 6-12 in singles (5-3 vs. DIII).

Sophomore (2018-19):

ITA All-American in doubles…All-University Athletic Association First Team for No. 1 doubles…Posted an 18-12 record in singles and ranked second on the team with 24 doubles wins, going 24-13…During the fall, she advanced to the semifinals in both the singles and doubles draws of the ITA South Region Championships…Captured All-America honors for the first time in the spring, advancing to the NCAA Division III Doubles quarterfinals with Ysabel Gonzalez-Rico…Tabbed as the UAA Athlete of the Week for the first time on March 11th.

Freshman (2017-18):

Olcay was one of three Eagles to record at least 19 singles victories on the season for the Eagles, finishing her rookie campaign with a 19-9 record to go along with a 6-9 mark in doubles. Olcay was named to the UAA All-Tournament after posting a 3-0 record in three singles matches to help Emory to its sixth straight conference title. In the fall, Olcay reached the Round of 16 in the singles draw and the semifinals of the doubles competition with Daniela Lopez of the ITA South Regional Tournament. In the NCAA tournament, she went 2-1 in four matches, collecting straight set wins over Chicago and Middlebury.
