Prior to Emory:

Transferred from NCAA Division I Stony Brook University, whereshe swam on the team for  one season... Was the team's topswimmer in the 50-yard freestyle (23.75 seconds) and 100-yardfreestyle (52.46 seconds)... Attended Dover High School, but swamfor Our Lady of Lourdes High School... Named all-league,all-section and all-state as a senior... Was named the PoughkeepsieJournal Swimmer of the Year... Qualified for the Junior Nationalsand the U.S.S. Sectionals... Coached by Bill Brown in high schooland by Chris Mance on her club team... Also participated in trackand field in high school.

Personal:

Born December 7, 1990... Graduated sixth in her high schoolclass.
