Prior to Emory:

Was a seven-year member of the Pymble Ladies' College team, serving as the team captain in 2013... Was a swimming silver medallion winner in 2013, and a bronze medallion winner in 2012... Recorded a career-best time of 26.85 in the 50 free... Coached by John Woolford in high school... Coached on her club team by Justin Rothwell... Was an Age National qualifier and an Open Nationals qualifier from 2009-14... Participated in the Olympic Trials in 2014... Also played tennis in high school.

Personal:

Born June 6th... Sister, Ming Xiu, swam at Princeton for four years... Brother, Ming Yang, swam at American for two years... Won the Jacaranda Award in 2013 and the Play, Learning and Conduct Award in 2012 and 2014.
