Was a four-year letterwinner for the Carrboro swimming and diving program...Served as a team captain as a senior...Three-time Academic All-American selection...Helped Carrboro to a second place finish at the NCHSAA State Championships...Posted career-best marks in the 100 Fly (55.66), 400 IM (4:25.43), 100 Freestyle (52.08) and 200 Backstroke (2:02.35)...Also was a AT&T Winter National and Arena Pro Qualifier...Was the Valedictorian of her graduating class...2016 National AP Scholar Award winner...2015 and 2016 AP Scholar with distinction.

Daughter of Karen & Dean Morrell...Born on March 4th...Brother, Justin, is a member of the Washington University-St. Louis swimming team...Mother, Karen, was a member of the track & field/cross country teams at Davidson College.
