Competed for the University of Virginia swim team as a freshman...Placed third in 1,650-yard freestyle and fourth in 400 IM at ECAC Championships...Set season-best marks in 1,650 free (16:49.04), 200 IM (2:04.71) and 400 IM (4:19.86) at ECACs...USA Scholastic All-American...St. Pius Catholic Team MVP as a junior and senior.

Personal:

Born on July 28th...Older sister, Haley, was a swimmer at the University of Virginia...Mother, Anna, was a swimmer for Notre Dame from 1978-81...Father, Jeffrey, was a rower for Trinity College from 1984-1987.
