Biography

Senior (2013):

Drosick was one of the top defensive players in the conferencein 2013, earning all-University Athletic Association (UAA) FirstTeam recognition for the first time in her career.  The seniorstarted all 19 games she played in during the year, helping lead anEmory defense that shutout 10 opponents and ranked 20thin Division III with a 0.557 goals-against average, while limitingthe opposition to 8.95 shots and 3.3 shots on goal per game. Drosick added on a goal and two assists during the year as well,recording a career-best four points.  The outside backregistered the first goal of her career against New York Universityon October 18th, which would prove to be the eventualgame winner, later claiming UAA Defensive Athlete of the Weekhonors for her efforts that weekend (which also included a shutoutwin over Brandeis).  Her assists came during Emory victoriesagainst then fourth-ranked Lynchburg on September 15thand Centre on September 29th.  Drosick finished theseason with six shots, including four on goal, and ended her careerwith 78 games played, including 66 starts.

Junior (2012):

Drosick was a key player on the Eagles' defense during the 2012season, and was one of just five players to start a school-record24 games during the year.  She was selected as an honorablemention to the all-University Athletic Association (UAA), andearned a spot on the NCAA All-Tournament Team for her play duringthe NCAA Championships.  She helped the team record a.461 goals-against average, the 13th-best mark in Division III, anda 0.583 shutout percentage, the 30th-best mark in the country. Drosick and the Eagles defense also held opponents to 7.1shots and 3.6 shots on goal per game.  She was named the UAADefensive Athlete of the Week on October 10th.  The outsideback earned her only assist of the season during the Eagles' 5-0win against Case Western Reserve on October 12th.  Drosickfinished the season with five shots, including four on goal, whilelogging a career-high 1,882 minutes, the third-most by a player inschool history.  

Sophomore (2011):

Drosick played in 13 games for Emory in 2011, including fourstarts.  She assisted on one goal during the season, thegame-winning overtime goal against New York University on October30th.  Drosick contributed to an Emory defense that set aschool record with just five goals allowed and a 0.242goals-against average, the third-lowest mark among Division IIIsquads in 2011.  In addition, the Eagles backline set a newprogram high-water mark with 16 shutouts during the campaign, andwere third in the nation with a 0.8 shutout percentage. Drosickhelped the Emory defense limit opponents to just 6.35 shots pergame and 2.6 shots on goal per game during the campaign.  Shetook five shots during the year, two of which were on goal.

Freshman (2010):

Drosick played in 22 games for the Emory defense during herfreshman campaign, making 19 starts, including each of the last 18games of the year.  She was a key contributor to theEmory backline that recorded a 0.56 goals-against average, the23rd-lowest mark among NCAA Division III teams during the year.Opponents averaged just 4.1 shots on goal per game against theEagles' defense, including 11 games of three shots on goal orless.  Drosick's 1,729 minutes played were the fourth-most ina single season in school history.  She picked up her firstcollegiate points during the Eagles' NCAA Tournament second roundmatch against Lynchburg College, assisting on the 'golden goal'during the second overtime.  Drosick was named the UAA'sDefensive Player of the Week on November 15th.

Played on the Turpin High School soccer team for four seasons,serving as the team captain... Earned first team all-league honorsfrom 2008-09, and was named to the Division I all-city team in highschool... Earned team most valuable honors in 2009... Was anall-southeast student athlete... Coached by Larry Chialastri...Played club soccer for the Classics Hammer FC, where she wascoached by Tiffany Roberts... Also played basketball in highschool.
