Biography

Senior (2014):

Feldman was named to the NSCAA/ Continental Tire All-SouthAtlantic Region Second Team during her senior year, after leadingthe Eagles with seven goals and 16 points in 2014.  Theforward scored four goals and recorded nine points in conferencegames (including a conference-best two game-winning goals), enroute to earning a spot on the all-University Athletic AssociationFirst Team.  Feldman started all 17 games she played in, andled the Eagles with 77 shots and 42 shots on goal.  Five ofher seven goals came against teams that would later qualify for theNCAA Tournament, including the ‘golden goal’ with just55 seconds left in the Eagles’ 1-0 win at Centre College, asshe became just the fourth player in school history with multiplecareer ‘golden goals.’  Her other two game-winningstrikes came in back-to-back UAA wins over Case Western ReserveUniversity on November 2nd and Carnegie MellonUniversity on November 8th.  Feldman scored thelone Emory goals in 1-1 ties with Trinity University (September5th) and Washington University (October 5th),with each team ranked first in Division III at the time.  Shewas named the UAA Offensive Athlete of the Week on both September29th and November 10th.  In addition,she earned NSCAA Scholar All-South Region honors for herachievements both on the field and in the classroom.  Feldmanfinished her Emory career ranked seventh in school history with 27goals, eighth with 68 points and tied for 12th withseven game-winning goals. 

Junior (2013):

After missing the first 14 games of the season, Feldman returnedto make an immediate impact on the Eagles’ offense, scoringfive goals and assisting on two others over her seven games off thebench to finish tied for fourth on the team with 12 points. Three of her goals came during the Eagles’ 6-1 victory overPiedmont in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, marking thefirst postseason ‘hat trick’ in the program’shistory, and the 34th overall by an Eagle in theprogram’s history.  In addition, the three scores in thegame gave Feldman seven career NCAA Tournament goals, the most everby an Eagle over a career.  For her efforts in the gameagainst Piedmont, the forward was named the University AthleticAssociation (UAA) Offensive Athlete of the Week.  Feldman madeher season debut during the Eagles’ 8-0 win over Agnes Scotton October 23rd, scoring a goal and assisting onanother.  She added an assist on the game-winning goal againstCase Western Reserve on November 3rd, and scored a goalduring the Eagles’ 3-0 victory over Carnegie Mellon onNovember 9th.  Feldman totaled 12 shots in 229minutes of action during the season, seven of which were ongoal.  At the end of her junior season, she is tied for12th in school history with 20 career goals, and tiedfor 16th with 52 career points.

Sophomore (2012):

For the second-straight season, Feldman tied for the team leadwith 20 points (tied for ninth among UAA players), in addition to ateam-best eight goals (tied for seventh among UAA players) duringthe campaign.  Playing in all 24 games and making 17 starts,she earned a spot on the all-University Athletic Association (UAA)Second Team, after recording two goals and two assists inconference play, the ninth-best mark among UAA players. Feldman saved her best play of the year for the NCAAChampionships, where she scored four goals to set a new programrecord for most goals in a single tournament, and match Emory'scareer postseason scoring record.  In the team's 2-1 victoryover Loras College in the round of 16, she scored both of Emory'sgoals within a two-minute stretch at the end of the first half. In the quarterfinals, she converted a penalty kick in theshootout to help the Eagles advance to the NCAA Final Four. She also scored Emory's first goal during a 2-1 win overWheaton College (Ill.) in the NCAA Semifinals.  Feldman scoreda goal in three-consecutive games against Case Western Reserve,Rochester and Lee from October 12th - 18th, the second-longeststreak of her career.  She helped lead Emory to a 2-1 overtimeseason-opening victory against top-ranked Messiah College,assisting on the first goal of the game and drawing a foul to setupthe game-winning penalty kick in overtime.  The following day,Feldman scored the 'golden goal' in the second overtime periodagainst Franklin and Marshall College to give Emory a win.  Ofher four assists during the year, two were on game-winning goals(the second-best mark on the team), coming against the Universityof the South on September 15th and Case Western Reserve on October12th.  She was named the UAA Athlete of the Week on bothNovember 19th and December 3rd.  Feldman finished the yearwith a team-high 72 shots and 36 shots on goal.  Through hertwo seasons on the team, Feldman has scored 15 goals and assistedon 10 others for 40 points.

Freshman (2011):

Feldman made an immediate impact for the Eagles during herfreshman season, finishing the year tied for the team lead inassists and points and second in goals.  Her six assists werethe eighth-most by a freshman in the program's history, while her20 points rank her 10th and her seven goals 11th among freshman inthe team's record book.  In addition, Feldman and MerrillBachouros became the first Emory teammates to score at least 20points each since the 2007 season.  Coming off the bench inall 20 of Emory's games during the season, she began her career byrecording at least one point in each of her first six games,including goals in four-straight games from September 10th -18th.  The forward scored game-winning goals against LynchburgCollege on September 11th and Berry College on October 22nd. In the game against Berry, a 2-0 Emory win, Feldman accounting forboth of the Eagles' goals, the first multiple-goal game of hercareer.  She also assisted on game-winning goals inback-to-back games against UAA opponents Case Western ReserveUniversity (October 14th) and the University of Rochester (October16th).  She took 43 shots during the season, 23 of which wereon goal.  Feldman was named the UAA Athlete of the Week onSeptember 12th and October 24th.

Played on the Highland Park High School soccer team for fourseasons, serving as the team captain during her senior year...Earned all-conference honors all four seasons, and was named to theAll-State team and All-Area First Team in 2011... Also earned herteam's Most Valuable Player award and was named the Pioneer PressLakeshore Player of the Year in 2011... Earned All-Sectional andall-Area Second Team honors in 2010... Set school records for goalsand points in a single season and over a career... Coached by KateStraka in high school... Played club soccer for the Chicago Magic,where she was coached by Tony Youhanna... Also played basketballand ran cross country in high school.
