Was a four year member of the West Essex Regional track and field team under head coach Anthony Emering...Served as a team captain during his junior and senior seasons...Named First Team All-State as a sophomore, junior and senior...Helped West Essex to the Group II state title as a senior...Posted career best marks in the 400 (49.16) and 800 (2:04.00) as a junior...Finished in the top 10% of his class and a National Honors Society member...Also participated in soccer, hockey and cross country.
