Biography

Junior (2007-08):

Bobo earned the second individual all-America honor(fourth-overall) of his career, finishing seventh in the 200-yardindividual medley at the NCAA Division III Championships.  Thejunior also earned an all-UAA honor as part of Emory's 200-yardmedley relay team.  Bobo recorded the fastest Emory times ofthe seasons in both the 200-yard breaststroke and 200-yardindividual medley, and was the second-best performer on the team inthe 100-yard butterfly.  During the season, Bobo setpersonal-best marks of 53.21 seconds in the 100-yard backstroke,57.72 seconds in the 100-yard breaststroke, and 50.51 seconds inthe 100-yard butterfly.  He scored 190.25 points during theseason, the ninth-best total by an Eagle.

Sophomore (2006-07):

Bobo earned All-America honors in both the 200-IM and as part ofthe 400-medley relay team during the 2006-07 season.  He wasthe second-place finisher in the 200-IM at the NationalChampionship meet.  The sophomore also earned an All-AmericaHonorable Mention in the 200-breast.  Bobo was the UniversityAthletic Association (UAA) Champion in the 200-breast, and as partof the 200-medley relay.  During the season, he set new schoolrecords in both the 200-breast and the 200-IM.  Bobo's hadeach of the five fastest Emory times during the season in the200-breast, and the top-Emory time in the 100-breast and200-IM.  He was also the Eagles' top-scorer during the year,registering 301 points.

Freshman (2005-06):

Bobo, a freshman, earned his first All-America certificate thisyear as a member of Emory's 200-yard medley relay team.  Theteam finished fifth in this event at nationals.  Bobo alsoearned an All-America Honorable Mention with his 12th place finishin the 200-yard breaststroke.  Bobo earned four All-Conferenceawards this season including the title of Conference Champion inthree events.  His Conference Champions titles were earnedwith his wins in the 200-yard breaststroke, the 200-yard medleyrelay, and the 400-yard medley relay.
