Junior (2023):

• Competed in four meets in 2023
• Posted a season-best time of 27:15 at the Converse Kickoff, finishing 65th overall
• Turned in a time of 16:40.8 at the 5k distance in the Stan Sims Opener

Sophomore (2022):

• 2022 UAA Fall All-Academic Honors
• Competed in three meets for the Eagles this season
• Registered a season-best 27:35 at the UAB Blazer Classic to finish 95th out of 176 runners
• Finished 60th of 130 at the Alexander Asics Invitational (27:56)

Freshman (2021):

Competed in four meets… Registered a season-best time of 28:39 at the Alexander Asics Invitational where he placed 138^th of 237 runners… Posted a time of 28:13 at the UAB Classic where he finished in 141^st… Also competed at the Converse Kickoff (29:13) where he placed 130^th.

High School:

Competed in cross country and track for 4 years at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School… Served as a captain his senior year in cross country… Was coached by Sean Duncan… His top time in the half mile event was 1:57 and came in 2021… Recorded a personal best of 4:27 in the mile in 2021… Was a Dual County League All-Star in 2019 and 2020.

Personal:
